MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Sept. 10, 2012) - KUBRA, a customer interaction management solution provider, today announced it has signed an agreement with Greater Cincinnati Water Works [GCWW], to provide comprehensive customer billing and payment services. GCWW supplies more than 48 billion gallons of water a year through 3,000 miles of water mains to about 240,000 residential and commercial accounts. GCWW's service area has grown to include the entire City of Cincinnati, most of Hamilton County and parts of Butler and Warren Counties in Ohio and Boone County and the city of Florence in Kentucky. The contract covers all online and offline billing and payment solutions including bill and letter print and mailing, e-billing, and online document archival services.

The contract will include the KUBRABCS™ product for bill and letter composition, print and mailing. GCWW will migrate all their document composition and template management processes from an in-house software platform to KUBRA's system, reducing costs and maintaining control. GCWW will deploy the i-doxs™ Suite to support their e-bill Biller-Direct [desktop and mobile versions] and Consolidator [Digital Mailbox/Bank and Credit Union] channels. GCWW will also leverage the i-doxs™ Platform for enterprise online document management.
