This name change follows last March's buyout of the French company GFI Informatique by a body of local shareholders; the two companies had been affiliated since 2004. Now wholly Canadian and determined to actively pursue its development strategy in Canada and across North America, GFI Solutions is proud to move forward with its new name and an image that better represents its ambitions.
