Gunnebo Security Group appoints new SVP Operations Lars Thorén Appointed SVP Operations Lars Thorén has been appointed SVP Operations, a function responsible for Gunnebo’s global industrial platform and which includes responsibility for all production, logistics, purchasing, research and development, and environmental and quality work in the Group. Lars has years of experience from top-management positions as Technical & Factory Manager, Managing Director, Business Area Director and Operations Director for several different Swedish multinational companies as SKF, ESAB, Sandvik and Volvo Bussar. He will take up the position in November, 2012. Lars will succeed Björn Nergård, who has been SVP Operations since November 2011 on a concultancy basis.
