ScripsAmerica's RapiMed Pain Reliever Featured in "The News Journal"

NEW CASTLE, Del., Sept. 20, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ScripsAmerica Inc. (OTCBB:SCRC), a leading supplier of prescription, OTC and nutraceutical drugs, today announced that the Company's RapiMed pain reliever for children was the focus of a feature article in the September 17th edition of "The News Journal" based in Wilmington, DE, also known as Delawareonline.com.

The article, titled "Easing Away Pain," published in The News Journal's innovation section, focuses on ScripsAmerica's new RapiMed children's' pain reliever, highlighting how the Company believes the product will receive a strong consumer response and could potentially have a significant impact on revenue next year. RapiMed eliminates the need for parents to use measuring cups, spoons, syringes or water to provide their children with a pain reliever.

ScripsAmerica believes that RapiMed, which is scheduled for release within the next six months, will have a competitive advantage over Tylenol's "Meltaways" product because it melts much faster, is much smaller and contains no sugar. Upon its launch, ScripsAmerica will distribute RapiMed through big box superstores and pharmacies as well as implement a regional marketing campaign that will include savings coupons.
