The Board of Albion Venture Capital Trust PLC would like to announce the appointment of Ebbe Dinesen as a non executive director with effect from today's date.
Mr Dinesen was a director of Albion Prime VCT PLC until its merger with Albion Venture Capital Trust PLC on 25 September 2012.
