Hip Hop Hall of Fame to Announce Advertising & Marketing Agency of Record for $100M Sponsorship & Promotional Campaign in NYC

The Official Category Sponsorships and Naming Rights Are Set to Go On-Sale to Major Brands, Service, and Technology Companies in 4th Quarter 2012


NEW YORK, Oct. 1, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Hip Hop Hall of Fame is wrapping up its final meetings with Advertising Agencies and Marketing Firms in October 2012. The goal is to select the winning firm to manage the Hip Hop Hall of Fame Museum and related multi-media Divisions $100M National & International Naming Rights and Official Category Sponsorship negotiations, activations, and campaigns from 2012-2017.

After receiving numerous proposals from agencies and firms since June, the Hip Hop Hall of Fame executives have been reviewing plans and proposals and are poised to make a decision in New York City in October. The Hip Hop Hall of Fame will include a museum, retail gift shop, restaurant, arcade, concert lounge, television studios, marquee, community and corporate rooms. It is expected to serve over 650,000 visitors per year, provide up to 300 jobs, and generate upwards of $350M in socio-economic impact for New York City. The new official category sponsors & naming rights partners will have their brands drinks, products, technology, and services utilized in the daily operations of the facility, and also have them incorporated into the fabric of the museums displays, attractions, and exhibits architecture. The museum serves a very unique targeted global audience that consist of a youth demographic ages 12-34, and their families ages 25-55 who spend and influence over $450 Billion per year on products, services, and technology.
