On 01 October 2012 AXA S.A., Paris, France, informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that:


1. The voting rights of AXA Investment Managers S.A., Paris La Défense
Cedex, France, have fallen below the threshold of 3 % in Deutsche Wohnen
AG, Frankfurt/Main, Germany, ISIN: DE000A0HN5C6, on 26 September 2012 and
as of such date amount to 2.58% (3,774,863 voting rights). These 2.58 %
(3,774,863 voting rights) are to be attributed according to Article 22,
Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG.


2. The voting rights of AXA S.A., Paris, France, have fallen below the
threshold of 3 % in Deutsche Wohnen AG, Frankfurt/Main, Germany, ISIN:
DE000A0HN5C6, on 26 September 2012 and as of such date amount to 2.61%
(3,815,480 voting rights). These 2.61% (3,815,480 voting rights) are to be
attributed to AXA S.A. according to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No.
6 and Sentence 2 of the WpHG.
