The Corporation is pleased to announce that at the annual general and special meeting of shareholders held on October 2, 2012, shareholders appointed the incumbent directors Scott Berry, Rene Spielmann, Bob Tutty, John MacMillan, Frank Antolovich, Phil D'Angelo, and also elected management nominee Ken Berg as a new director.

Shareholders have also approved the change of name of the Corporation to "Canadian Oilfield Solutions Corp." The stock symbol for the common shares will remain unchanged and the Corporation anticipates that the common shares will start trading under the new name on or about Tuesday, October 9, 2012.
