TransGaming and Visiware Launch Exclusive Games Channel on DISH

- Games Channel 96 an on-demand gaming line-up exclusive to DISH customers

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Oct. 9, 2012) - TransGaming Inc. (TSX VENTURE:TNG), the global leader in the multiplatform deployment of interactive entertainment, and Visiware, Inc., a global leader in the interactive television industry, are teaming to deliver the Games Channel 96 on-demand gaming channel exclusively to DISH customers.

Games Channel 96 features more than 50 single-player and multi-player games and is available on most DISH ViP series receivers. Visiware is featuring popular titles such as "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire®," "Kong Adventures®" and "Carrot Mania®." TransGaming is delivering globally recognized brands from its GameTree TV on-demand games platform such as "SCRABBLE®," "MONOPOLY®" and "Tetris®."

Games are bundled into theme packages such as sports, kids' edu-tainment, adventure, hunting and others. Customers play using their DISH receiver remotes and can choose a package of their four favorite game themes for $6 per month or all games for $10 per month.

DISH subscribers can participate in interactive content, enter monthly sweepstakes and compete against other customers in game tournaments.
