He will be responsible for aggressively growing Xirrus revenues and augmenting Xirrus' expanding channel program across North and South America. Mallard will report to Xirrus CEO Shane Buckley.

With a 25-year career spanning the I.T. infrastructure, software and security markets, Mallard has a strong track record of building record-performing sales teams at high-growth companies. As the fifth sales person at Riverbed, Mallard ascended to become worldwide sales director of the year in 2007.

Steve holds a BS degree in computer science from the University of Leeds, UK.
