Mitek Bolsters Sales Organization With New Vice President of Sales and Senior Director of Professional Services

Experienced Mobile Banking Executives Keith Gray and Thomas Dockman Add Depth and Breadth to Sales and Professional Services Team


SAN DIEGO and WASHINGTON, Oct. 10, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Mitek Systems (Nasdaq:MITK) (www.miteksystems.com), a leading mobile imaging software solutions provider, today announced at the BAI Retail Delivery Conference the appointment of Keith Gray as vice president of sales and Thomas Dockman as senior director of professional services. The seasoned mobile banking executives will report directly to Michael Diamond, senior vice president of sales and business development, to drive sales efforts for the Company's mobile imaging software and expand professional services offerings.

With more than 15 years of experience providing technology solutions to financial services companies, Keith Gray brings a strong track record to his new role as vice president of sales. Gray joins Mitek from Yodlee, where he was vice president of sales, responsible for new account acquisition and customer relationship management. Previously, Gray was regional vice president at ClairMail, a provider of mobile banking services for financial institutions that was acquired by Monetize. Gray also held executive management roles at S1 Corporation and other companies in the online banking market.

Tom Dockman joins Mitek as senior director of professional services and will lead the effort to develop and execute the Company's professional services offerings. With over 20 years of experience both in start-up and mature organizations, Dockman is a veteran with a track record of successfully delivering innovative solutions to financial services organizations. Previously, Dockman held management positions at several companies including Ally Bank, Obopay Corporation and Intuit. Dockman has a wealth of experience that ranges from product management and strategy to developing and executing delivery strategies for professional services organizations.
