TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Oct. 17, 2012) - Ravencrest Resources (the "Company" or "Ravencrest") has announced the completion of the Arrangement Agreement with River Wild Exploration Inc.

In accordance with the Arrangement, Ravencrest shareholders will receive one common share of River Wild for each two common shares which they currently hold in Ravencrest. Shareholders will be defined as those holders of Ravencrest common shares as of the Record Date of October 1, 2012.
