Berlin, 17 October 2012 - Herlitz Aktiengesellschaft announces that Mr.
Cheong Seng Ng will resign from his position as a Management Board Member
for personal reasons as of 31 December 2012. Mr. Hooi Keat Loo, Chairman of
the Supervisory Board, replaces the position with immediate effect until
the 30 September 2013. His function as a Supervisory Board Member shall be
suspended for that time and his functions in the Supervisory Board will be
taken over by his deputy Mr. Jan-Peter Heyer.
