Hans Ulrich Gruber will resign from his position of Management Board Spokesman effective as of 31 October 2012 with the agreement of the Supervisory Board. This role will be assumed by Dr Friedrich Trautwein from 1 November 2012. Dr Trautwein has a great deal of experience in successfully managing companies in the mechanical and plant engineering sectors, most recently SMT Scharf AG. He has impressively proven his ability to lead companies along a course of profitable growth following strategic reorientation. Alongside his new tasks within AGO AG, Dr Friedrich Trautwein continues to hold further management positions at suppliers in the combined heat and power plant engineering industry.
