Rejlers has signed a new framework agreement with E.ON

E.ON Sweden and Rejlers have signed a new framework agreement for engineering
services in Energy and Infrastructure. The agreement includes assignments in
nuclear power, wind power, hydropower and heat production and also electricity
grid and telecommunications. EON, OKG and Oskarshamn Energy have the opportunity
to use Rejlers services.

Rejlers delivers solutions that increase the efficiency and safety of the
customer's facilities and systems. We are pleased about a new confidence from
E.ON and our long-term cooperation continues, says Anders Fransson, Business
Area Manager of Electrical Power and Energy at Rejlers.

Several of Rejlers business areas are covered by the contract, valued at
approximately SEK 25 million. The agreement is valid until 2013-12-31.
