Nitinat Minerals Corporation to Extend Warrant Expiry Date


TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Oct. 30, 2012) - Nitinat Minerals Corporation (the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:NZZ) is pleased to announce that it has received approval from the TSX Venture Exchange to extend the expiry date of the 2,487,600 outstanding Series A common share purchase warrants (the "Warrants") of the Corporation, which were issued in connection with the Corporation's initial public offering. Each Warrant, as amended, entitles the holder thereof to purchase one common share of the Corporation at any time until the close of business on November 2, 2014 at an exercise price of $0.40 per common share. The Warrants will be amended, effective November 2, 2012, to extend the term of such warrants until November 2, 2014. All other provisions of the Warrants will remain the same. Insiders of the Corporation hold less than 1% of the outstanding Warrants.
