Premier Diagnostic Health Services Inc. (CNSX:PDH) ("PDH") is pleased to announce that further to the announcement of October 1, 2012, it has signed a joint Letter of Understanding with Assured Diagnosis Inc. ("ADI") and Aim Medical Imaging ("Aim"), to provide MRI and PET/CT diagnostic services to MyCare clients accessing Mayo Clinic.

Under the direction of Dr. Rajpaul Attariwala, the Centre for Advanced Diagnostics together with Aim Medical Imaging will have a proprietary diagnostic protocol combining advanced Diffusion Weighted Imaging with Background Suppression (DWIBS) MRI with an advanced molecular imaging test called Positron Emission Tomography attached to a diagnostic CT (PETceCT).

These combined imaging techniques harness the strengths of both imaging tests to optimally stage clients for either surgical or chemotherapy treatment.

These non-invasive imaging methods have the potential to become powerful complementary tests for accurate cancer screening and staging in the future.

Our unique collaboration will provide clients with state of the art diagnostics enabling their physicians to make more specific diagnoses, develop more targeted treatment plans, and do better, less-invasive treatment monitoring, which should result in improved client outcomes.

ADI has agreed to work with PDH and Aim for their PET/CT and MRI diagnostics in Canada.

ADI has a contractual agreement with Mayo Clinic to provide a national program for consultation, diagnosis, and treatment of serious illness and major orthopaedic conditions. The program offers assistance in providing the client with diagnostics, complex and multiple condition diagnosis and diagnostic confirmation.

As referenced in the announcement of Oct. 1, 2012, when requested by the attending Canadian Physician or Mayo Clinic, PDH and Aim will provide MRI and PET/CT diagnostic services best suited to the clients' needs and, when in the interest of the client, will consult directly with Mayo Clinic's physicians regarding results and/or additional studies.

PDH will work with Dr. Attariwala, ADI, and Mayo Clinic to integrate electronic management systems to facilitate efficient scheduling, consultation and transfer of information. ADI anticipates that as a result of this agreement there will be many other opportunities that will benefit the participants of this agreement and the clients as a whole. A process will be established for regular consultation and exchange of ideas.
