Aschheim (Munich) October 31, 2012; Wirecard AG recorded a positive
development of its revenue and earnings position for the first nine months
of 2012.

According to preliminary figures consolidated revenues were up by 20.2
percent to reach EUR 101.6 million in the third quarter of fiscal 2012
(Q3/2011: EUR 84.5 million). The operating result before interest, taxes,
depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) increased by 25 percent in the same
period, from EUR 23.2 million to EUR 29.0 million.

In the first nine months 2012 consolidated revenues rose by 20.3 percent
from EUR 232.4 million in the previous period to EUR 279.5 million.
Preliminary EBITDA was up by 33.8 percent to reach EUR 78.4 million
(9M/2011: EUR 58.6 million). Excluding EUR 5.2 million one-off expenses in
the first half of 2011, EBITDA would have increased by 22.9 percent
year-on-year.

The Management Board of Wirecard AG confirms the guidance to reach earnings
before interest taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) for fiscal
2012 in a bandwidth ranging from EUR 103 to 115 million.
 
All results are preliminary. The Q3/9-months report of 2012 will be
published on Nov. 14, 2011.
