Sponda Plc will publish financial reports in 2013 as follows:

Financial Statements for fiscal year 2012:  1 February 2013
Interim Report January - March 2013: 3 May 2013
Interim Report January - June 2013: 2 August 2013
Interim Report January - September 2013: 1 November 2013

The Annual Report 2012 will be published during week 9. The Annual General Meeting is scheduled for 18 March, 2013.
