This uniquely formatted inspirational conference for women in Irish business will bring together Ireland's top executives to discuss the latest business trends and highlight the challenges and obstacles female leaders must overcome in order to create successful and sustainable businesses.

Three remarkable and inspiring speakers, who have excelled in their respective male-dominated fields, will take the stage to lead thought provoking discussions, which will then be followed by a panel of some of the most well-known Irish private sector business women. The Keynote Speakers will include:

2. Professor Anne Scott, Deputy President/Registrar in DCU, who will speak about what it takes to lead universities in the 21st Century and how her female point of view adds to their traditional leadership model.

3. Caroline Green, Director of Customer Service for Ryanair, who will share her mandate to improve customer service and how she does so at lower costs, which is what any business strives to achieve.

The Summit will begin with these dynamic keynote speakers sparking off topics and issues amongst the assembled guests, which will then be discussed by a specialist 'Flash Panel' of three former Top 25 winners, who also double as hugely successful and experienced executives in the Irish private sector.
