SouthGobi Resources Announces Departure of Matthew O'Kane, CFO

HONG KONG, CHINA--(Marketwire - Nov. 5, 2012) - SouthGobi Resources Ltd. (TSX:SGQ)(HKSE:1878) today announces the resignation of Chief Financial Officer Matthew O'Kane ("Mr. O'Kane") effective November 5, 2012. The Company is in the process of identifying a suitable replacement for Mr. O'Kane. The Board thanks Mr. O'Kane for his service to the Company and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
