The product provides the ability to automatically benchmark and compare the processes based on case attributes like geographical location, division, product group, cost center and customer group. Benchmarking facilitates sharing of best practices within the whole organization.
Root Cause Analysis
QPR ProcessAnalyzer shows directly the root cases for any identified process bottleneck and issue using a special Influence Analysis functionality. Users can see what size of an impact any attribute has to the identified issue. This will further speed up the work in drilling down to the root causes and making the right prioritizations and decisions for corrective actions.
Integrations
QPR ProcessAnalyzer lets users to import data from multiple sources, including business applications such as SAP, Salesforce, SQL databases and text files. Real-time integrations enable importing new events periodically as they are created in the source systems. This makes it possible to easily verify business process changes and removal of process bottlenecks.
