PKC GROUP PLC'S FINANCIAL REPORTING AND ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING IN 2013

PKC Group Plc will publish its Financial Statement Release 2012 on Thursday, February 14, 2013 at about 8.15 a.m. and the Annual Report on Wednesday, March 13, 2013. The Annual Report will be published on the PKC Group website.

The Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on Thursday, April 4, 2013.

In 2013 PKC Group will publish three Interim Reports as follows:

Interim Report 1-3/2013 Wednesday, May 8, 2013 at about 8.15 a.m.
Interim Report 1-6/2013 Thursday, August 8, 2013 at about 8.15 a.m.
Interim Report 1-9/2013 Thursday, October 31, 2013 at about 8.15 a.m.
