Octopus Apollo VCT plc announces that, in accordance with the terms included within the Prospectus dated 17 August 2012, the date of closing for participation in the Enhanced Buyback Facility has been extended from noon on 30 November 2012 until noon on 28 December 2012, unless fully subscribed earlier.
