Black Diamond Cygnus Awarded Outstanding Achievement Award by the BC Achievement Foundation

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - Nov. 26, 2012) - Black Diamond Group Limited ("Black Diamond" or "the Company) (TSX:BDI) is pleased to announce Black Diamond Cygnus L.P. will be recognized with an Outstanding Achievement Award for Joint Venture Business of the Year at the fourth annual B.C. Aboriginal Business Awards in Vancouver, B.C. on November 26, 2012.

Black Diamond Cygnus L.P. is an equity-based partnership between the West Moberly First Nations ("the Nation") and Black Diamond Group Limited, structured to provide customers operating in the Montney Basin and the surrounding region of northeastern B.C. with quality, competitively-priced products while allowing the Nation an opportunity to participate and benefit in the development of their traditional lands. The 50/50 equity partnership was formed in October, 2010 and is focused on revenue generation, building community capacity, and creating a long-lasting relationship between the Nation, Black Diamond and its customers.
