Grupo Vidanta Resorts is the fastest growing luxury vacation club in Mexico and needed to replace its existing technology to provide an integrated experience for its luxury focused customers.
TimeShareWare Enterprise will be the central platform for managing leads, tours, contract processing, owners, maintenance assessments, loan servicing, commissions, and reservations with integration to the front desk, the web, and other existing 3rd party systems. Users will access secure information from a central database via screens developed using the latest cloud based technology. This technology enables users to access information and customizable reports from a web browser or a simple desktop icon, delivering a rich and user-friendly work environment.
