SOTKAMO SILVER´S WARRANTS ARE FROM TODAY ALSO LISTED AT THE NASDAQ OMX HELSINKI

Trading in Sotkamo Silver AB´s subscription-warrants starts at NASDAQ OMX
Helsinki today, November 30th 2012. The number of outstanding warrants is
940,506. Each one entitle the holders to subscribe for one new share at SEK
17.50 at the latest on November 30th 2013. The warrants are also listed in
Sweden on NGM Equity stock exchange, too.


Subscription of shares through the warrants held in the Finnish book-entry
system maintained by Euroclear Finland shall be through Evli Pankki Oyj.

Subscription-warrant owners, which have purchased their shares in Sweden and
want to trade their warrants in Finland at NASDAQ OMX Helsinki, shall move
their holdings to custody in the Finnish book-entry system. They shall contact
their Finnish account operator for help in this matter.

ISIN number is SE0004635290. The ticker-code at NASDAQ OMX Helsinki is
