Martin Jonasson was elected Chairman of the Nomination Committee.
The Nomination Committee has been appointed in accordance with the instructions
adopted at the Annual General Meeting 2012. The Nomination Committee represents
about 35,6 percent of the votes of all the voting shares in the company. The
Nomination Committee’s proposals will be presented in the Notice to the Annual
General Meeting 2013 and on the company’s web site, www.opus.se.
Shareholders who wish to submit proposals to the Nomination Committee for the
Annual General Meeting 2013 may do so by email to ir@opus.se (subject
