Construction contract (Tartu St Paul’s church)

Nordecon AS and Foundation Tartu Pauluse Kirik signed a contract for the fifth stage renovation works in St Paul's Church in Tartu


Tallinn, Estonia, 2012-12-06 08:00 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Nordecon AS and Foundation Tartu Pauluse Kirik (St Paul’s Church in Tartu) signed a contract for the fifth stage renovation works in St Paul’s Church in Tartu. The works include renovation of church bell tower, exterior facade and concert hall with the construction of balconies.

The contract value without the reserve (10 per cent) for unexpected works is approximately 4.98 million euros, excluding VAT. The works start in the beginning of 2013 and are scheduled for completion in November 2014.
