On January 05, 2013, Allianz Global Investors Luxembourg S.A.,
Senningerberg, Luxembourg has informed us according to Article 21, Section
1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on CANCOM AG, München,
Deutschland, have fallen below the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on
November 30, 2012 and on that day amounted to 2.94% (this corresponds to
335933 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 0.87% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 100000 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
