Madison, 12 December 2012 - BST ProMark, a subsidiary of elexis AG, has
acquired a 100% interest in Accuweb Inc., which is based in Madison. This
shareholding further extends the elexis Group's existing technology
portfolio to control technology in the non-metal industry. The BST Group
has at the same become the market leader for measurement and control
technology in the USA. Accuweb generates an average turnover of appr. 10
million US dollars.
