Isabelle Danjou becomes Chair of Bonduelle SCA
Supervisory Board

Isabelle Danjou, 57, was appointed Chair of the Bonduelle SCA Supervisory Board at a board meeting convened following the combined ordinary and extraordinary General Meeting of Thursday 6 December. She succeeds André Crespel, who has reached the age limit.

Isabelle Danjou, a Doctor in Management Science, was head of research at the Lille Ecole Supérieure de Commerce (later SKEMA) from 1998 to 2006.

Since then, she has been a consultant and trainer in human relations.
In 2004, she brought out a work "Entreprendre, la passion d'accomplir ensemble" (Doing business, the passion of accomplishing things together), published by L'Harmattan.
She has been a member of the Bonduelle SCA Supervisory Board since December 2006.

As well as Isabelle Danjou, the Bonduelle SCA Supervisory Board is made up of Daniel Bracquart, Vice Chair, Louis Bonduelle, Martin Ducroquet, Matthieu Duriez, Elisabeth Minard, Yves Tack and Marie-France Tisseau.
It includes three women and five men, thus complying in advance with the parity law of 27 January 2011 regarding equal representation of men and women on boards of directors and supervisory boards and professional equality, as well as with the provisions of the AFEP-MEDEF Code.
