QUÉBEC CITY, QUÉBEC--(Marketwire - Dec. 17, 2012) - Fisheries and Oceans Canada, Quebec Region, has released a list of fishers from the North Shore area fined in November 2012 for various offences under the Fisheries Act.
The fines imposed on the offenders total $2,250. The offenders are:

Ellias Martin (Saint-Augustin) |
Failing to comply with the conditions of his bait licence for the 2011 season by setting net on the water's surface. | $500 |
