Change of Topsil Management
Topsil and its CFO, Jens Faarup, have decided to discontinue the working relationship due to a mutual decision that other CFO competencies are needed for the CFO position.
Concurrently, Topsil is pleased to announce that Jesper Bodeholt has been employed as new CFO 1st March 2013. After taking up the position, Jesper Bodeholt will become a member of Topsil’s Management Board.
Jens Faarup will continue as CFO until 1st March 2013 after which he will assist to ensure an effective transfer of tasks until the end of March 2013.
CEO Kalle Hvidt Nielsen will deal with all investor related inquiries, until Jesper Bodeholt takes up employment at Topsil.
