Fischer-Watt Gold Company Changes Name to Cyclone Uranium Corporation

New Ticker Symbol Is OTCQB: CYUR

DENVER, CO--(Marketwire - Dec 18, 2012) - Fischer-Watt Gold Company, Inc. (formerly OTCQB: FWGO) today announced it has changed its corporate name to Cyclone Uranium Corporation (OTCQB: CYUR) to better reflect the Company's focus on developing its substantial portfolio of uranium assets. The Company's ticker symbol has changed to CYUR. The change in name and ticker symbol was effective December 14, 2012.

Cyclone Uranium is a junior uranium exploration company with a portfolio of properties in Wyoming, South Dakota and Arizona, covering approximately 29,000 acres in some of the most prolific uranium-bearing geology in the United States. Earlier in 2012 the Company used stock to acquire New Fork Uranium, which further strengthened its land position with strategically located claims and leases in the Lost Creek area of the Wyoming Red Desert.

Cyclone Uranium is currently focused on the largest and most advanced of its properties in the Cyclone Rim area of south-central Wyoming. This property covers a 28-mile length of potential roll front mineralization that has been drill tested with promising results. The Company has contracted BRS Inc. to write a technical report on Cyclone Rim and the New Fork claims in the first quarter of 2013. The report will evaluate the results of drilling conducted in 2007 on Cyclone Rim and evaluate historical data that the company has on the New Fork claims that has been obtained from the Wyoming Geological Survey.

"We are focused on the BRS technical report and conducting a drill program in 2013 that will add significant value to Cyclone Uranium," said James Baughman, Chairman and CEO. "Our properties are adjacent to some highly productive uranium operations and we're confident that we have a solid asset base upon which to build a fully integrated uranium exploration company."
