This email is an update to the message published earlier today regarding problems experienced by some members in receiving confirmation messages within Sapri Trade during this morning’s auction.
The cause has now been identified as an error within the message queuing system resulting from an N2EX security update during last night’s scheduled downtime. This has now been corrected. The N2EX Trading desk has also consulted all affected members to ensure messages are being received correctly.
