Affecto Plc's shares subscribed with stock options
Between 18 September 2012 and 14 December 2012 a total of 12 000 shares have been subscribed with the 2008B stock options (FI4000041512). As a result of the share subscriptions, the number of Affecto’s shares will increase to 21 543 068.
The increase in new shares has been entered into the Finnish trade register on 28 December 2012. The subscribed shares will be listed on the NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd and trading will commence along with the old shares as of 2 January 2013.
