S.A.G. Solarstrom AG sells 12 MWp photovoltaic systems
Freiburg i. Br., December 31, 2012. S.A.G. Solarstrom AG (German security
identification number: 702 100, ISIN: DE0007021008), Freiburg, has sold a
portfolio of five German photovoltaic ground-mounted systems with a total
output of approximately 12 MWp to an investor at conditions customary in
the industry. The transaction has a volume in the double-digit million
range.
The systems, which were constructed in the years 2007 and 2008, were
previously valuated from a technical and legal perspective by the S.A.G.
Solarstrom Group, who purchased them from a leasing company and
subsequently restructured them.
This transaction heralds the start of the setup of a new business area for
the S.A.G. Solarstrom Group, which is concerned with the restructuring of
solar investments in the secondary market.
