NEW YORK, Jan. 2, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Hudson Global, Inc. (Nasdaq:HSON), a leading global talent solutions company, today announced the appointment of industry veteran Lori Hock as CEO of Hudson Americas, effective immediately. She will be responsible for the strategic direction, operations and profitability of Hudson Americas.
Hock has more than 25 years of staffing industry experience. She most recently held the position of President, Adecco MSP Solutions Americas, driving significant revenue growth and served as a member of the Global Solutions executive management team, overseeing strategy, business development and innovation. During her career Hock has advanced through sales, sales management and general management roles and successfully spearheaded a business transformation initiative that resulted in significant back and front office efficiencies and incremental revenues through enhanced recruitment processes.

Hock began her career at TAD, rising to the position of Area Vice President with responsibility for regional management and strategic planning before the company was acquired by Adecco. She then expanded her responsibilities to include the New England and NY Metro Regions. Hock was later promoted to Senior Vice President of the Northeast Division and Business Transformation before transitioning into her most recent role. In these positions, Hock successfully grew the firm's general and professional staffing businesses.
Hock is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. She will be based out of Hudson's Boston (Waltham), Massachusetts office.
