Spectrum's data coverage and availability related to Brazil's Round 11


 

Following the signing and approval of Round 11 by Brazil's President Dilma Rousseff on January 10th, Spectrum hereby clarifies its multi-client date coverage along the Equatorial Margin of Brazil.

Spectrum has recently acquired 38,588 of new long offset 2D seismic data covering the Foz do Amazonas, Barreirinhas, Ceará and Potiguar Basins. In addition, a reprocessing effort is underway on a data set tying the Foz do Amazonas, Pará-Maranhão and Barreirinhas Basins. Spectrum's data is located in all offshore basins that will be included in Round 11 and covers most of the Sector Block Areas that have been released by the ANP as basis for the final block selection. Final PSTM, PSDM and other ancillary products are available or will be available from Spectrum for Round 11.

Spectrum awaits the upcoming release of the official blocks by ANP that will be on offer for Round 11, and at that time will release a detailed map of Spectrum's coverage over these blocks.
