Vostok Nafta Investment Ltd (“Vostok Nafta" or “The Company”) has repurchased 1,509,279 Swedish Depository Receipts (SDRs) on January 9, 2013 at an average price of SEK 20.00. This represents 1.68% of the total number of outstanding SDRs of Vostok Nafta, before the buy-backs. The repurchased SDRs will be cancelled. After the cancellation of these and previously repurchased SDRs, the total number of outstanding SDRs of Vostok Nafta will be 88,210,000.
