Morphic Technologies AB (publ), org.nr. 556580-2526, has requested a delisting of the company’s shares from NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB (the Exchange).
The Exchange has approved the application and decided to delist the shares of Morphic Technologies (MORP B, ISIN-code SE0000672115 orderbook-ID 53228).
On November 5, 2012 Morphic Technologies AB’s shares were transferred to the observation segment due to the acquisition of Amasten Bostäder AB. Morphic Technologies AB is under name change to Amasten Holding AB and the company has been approved for listing on First North Stockholm.
The last day of trading on Small Cap will be January 25, 2013.
