FLG's newest partner, Fuad Ahmad, 43, is an experienced public company CFO with significant management and operating experience in both public and private companies.

Sezmi was acquired by Kit digital, Inc. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President and CFO of Globalstar, Inc., where he was involved in the initial fundraising activities related to building, launching and operations of Globalstar's worldwide satellite telecommunications system, including leading its successful IPO and various public market and private financing initiatives totaling more than $1.5 billion.
