Warwick Salt Inc. Receives Financial Support From Government of Canada

VICTORIAVILLE, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - Jan. 23, 2013) - The Honourable Denis Lebel, Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities and Minister of the Economic Development Agency of Canada for the Regions of Quebec, today announced that the firm Warwick Salt Inc. has been granted financial assistance for the purchase, installation and programming of equipment.

"By helping Warwick Salt acquire leading-edge technology, our Government is once again demonstrating its commitment to investing in projects that ensure economic growth," said the Minister.

Founded in 1983, Warwick Salt Inc. specializes in, among other things, the processing, conditioning and distribution of calcium, salt and sand. The enterprise is active in a range of sectors, including dust control, de-icing, water treatment, food production and sandblasting.

This financial assistance from Canada Economic Development will enable the firm to acquire a continuous mixer with dispenser and automatic bagging machines.
