Brompton Mutual Funds Limited (the "Corporation") announces that effective February 1, 2013, Series A, B and F shares of Brompton Resource Fund will commence calculating its net asset value after the close of the Toronto Stock Exchange on each day that the Toronto Stock Exchange is open for business.

In addition, effective February 1, 2013, Series A, B and F shares of Brompton Resource Fund and Series A and F shares of Brompton Dividend & Income Fund will permit daily purchases and redemptions as well as switches between Brompton Resource Fund and Brompton Dividend & Income Fund.

The fund codes for Brompton Dividend and Income Fund are CAM 300 and 302. The fund codes for Brompton Resource Fund are CAM 100, CAM 151 and CAM 152.
