Rogers Sugar Inc. (TSX:RSI) announces that its Board of Directors has authorized a declaration of a special dividend of 36 cents per share to be paid to Shareholders of record on February 8, 2013, payable on or before February 28, 2013.

In addition, RSI's Board of Directors has authorized a declaration of the regular quarterly dividend of 9 cents per share to be paid to Shareholders of record on March 31, 2013, payable on or before April 19, 2013. This is an eligible dividend for income tax purposes.
