The Board of Directors in PSI Group ASA has resolved to offer all premanent employees in PSI Group ASA and its Norwegian subsidiaries the opportunity to purchase shares in PSI for up to NOK 25.000 with 20 % discount.
The offer to the employees was based on the volume weighted price for the company's shares in the period from the 14th February 2013, CET 09:00 to the 15th February 2013, CET 16:00. This gave a price of NOK 4,70 per share.
The company had received acceptances for 82.649 shares by the end of the offer on the 15th of February, CET 16:00. The shares are transferred from the company's own holding. PSI Group ASA has after the transaction 589.112 own shares, 1,3 % of the total number of shares issued.
Four primary insiders chose to utilize the offer:
- Jørgen Waaler, CEO in PSI Group ASA, has bought 5.315 shares. New holding is 1.005.315 shares, 2,3 % of the total number of shares issued.
