CORRECTION: TALENTUM OYJ - NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
In the stock exchange release concerning notice of Annual General Meeting, sent on February 19, 2012 there was an incorrect date in the paragraph “C. INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE PARTICIPANTS IN THE GENERAL MEETING/3. Holders of nominee registered shares”.
It was stated that: “The account management organization of the custodian bank shall register a holder of nominee registered shares, who wants to participate in the General Meeting, to be temporarily entered into the shareholders’ register as described above of the company at the latest on Wednesday, March 20, 2013 by 10.00 a.m.”
The correct sentence reads as follows: “The account management organization of the custodian bank shall register a holder of nominee registered shares, who wants to participate in the General Meeting, to be temporarily entered into the shareholders’ register as described above of the company at the latest on Tuesday, March 19, 2013 by 10.00 a.m.”
