Invalda AB received the notification of Alvydas Banys and the persons acting in concert with Alvydas Banys: his spouse Daiva Baniene; controlled companies LJB Investments UAB and RB Finansai UAB - on acquisition of voting rights. The threshold of 15% was crossed.
The reason of crossing of the above mentioned threshold is an acquisition of shares due to reorganization by way of merger of the companies RB Finansai UAB and LJB Investments UAB.
