Before the transaction, Jan Pettersson and companies controlled by Jan Pettersson, jointly controlled 9,046,012 shares in Hofseth BioCare, corresponding to 15.7% of total shares outstanding
Following the transaction Jan Petterson, directly and through controlled companies, controls 9,886,012 shares in Hofseth BioCare ASA, corresponding to 14.0% of total shares outstanding.
